Arii is developing nicely. He's about 5 pounds now, thriving on a diet of organic dry food
and thrice daily, meat-only, baby food. Using the latter, we trained him to respond to a dog
whistle. We hope that this will improve our chances of retrieving him should he ever escape.
He's very active (for a cat) and he's incredibly fast!

Like in all fast cats, Arii's skin is very loose. You can see it here on his tummy. When the pictures are
developed, you'll see that when he stretches completely, he's about 2 feet long with a girth that's smaller
than what you can span with thumbs and index fingers of both hands. His claws are quite impressive, and
it is not wise to be caught slipper-less when he decides to attack your feet!
Nonetheless, he's not agressive at all. Once we observed him growling at a puppy about 4 times larger than him, and
nurses at the animal clinic reported that he hissed at them furiously on the day he lost the family jewels. Can
you blame him, though?
